Job Description:
- Responsible for all transactions related to import operations.
- Co-ordinates clearance and forwarding of all imports for the company.
- Liaise with carriers / forwarders on bookings of vessels for import.
- Ensure smooth flow of import process flow.

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requirements.
- Liaise with customer for shipment or payment related tasks.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in handling clearance and forwarding.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of logistic and freight industry.
- Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Possess sales experience in cold call or walk in will be an extra advantage.
Remunerations:
- Base salary of RM 1,800 negotiable.
- Yearly bonus and increment.

- Co-ordinates clearance and forwarding of all exports for the company.
- Liaise with carriers / forwarders on bookings of vessels for exports.
- To prepare the shipping documents like MBL, HBL, SWB, AMS, reports and etc.
- Ensure smooth flow of export documentation process flow.
- Ensure all billings are done promptly and accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requirements.
- Freight cost monitoring and check invoices for exports, obtain approval from respective department Head and forwards to Finance Department.
- Liaise with customer for shipment or payment relates tasks.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in handling clearance and forwarding.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of logistic and freight industry.
- Knowledge of export costing and pricing methodology.
- Knowledge of packaging products for shipping/delivery.
- Familiar with customs/bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
- Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Possess sales experience in cold call or walk in will be an extra advantage.
